The proverbial excrement has made contact with the metallic instrument of cooling.

No, I am not biased towards the pony. I am biased towards the Renamon. I kid, I kid... I know full well how much controvesy this will cause, and frankly: I don't care. In this fight, both the competitors would have given it there all. And, i'd somewhat stupidly backed Rao into a corner. When Rao gets backed into a corner... Well, sh*t happens.

As for the delay on the door, that's me realising that Rao had landed on the handle in the last comic. I take full blame.

Blue-Ray, you can still win this! Remember what that old bum teach you! Never let go of the bottle or the guy next to you will steal it!

Ah yes, the comeback feature for Rao. when low on health, She becomes a lot more agressive and violent with her attacks.

That said, it only took one solid punch to get her into that mode. Blue-Ray must hit hard.

Have to say though. teleport control isn't great with Rao, she needs a target destination to teleport to, and she'll switch places with that target. Otherwise she's not going to be able to control where she is, she'll probably teleport high into the air and come crashing down into the ground.

Also, let the robot do a bit of Chainsawing. Rao's got clones she can create to act as decoys. And I know someone here wants to see the pony and the chainsaw meet.

(Unless that's the plan for a gruesome finale o_0, which I hope isn't the case. I really want to see the Pony and the Laser eyes Cat fight.)

Actualy, its the arena which teleported her. The doors are all linked, and when you land on a handle the door teleports you to a same-coloured other door.

Or something. Eternalstorm_Blade nicked the idea from EDT, I think, so I had no idea what the heck was going on, hence the delayed teleport.
I'd imagine Blue-ray'd hit hard. He is animatronic, afterall.

Hmm... so, stage effects are planned for this tournament huh? Well, not going to be a true test of strength then. But we'll see how it goes. I would be disappointed if a fighter loses because of the stage and not because of the opponent.

We're trying to avoid the stage effects from having too much of an effect. They're just fun little things we can use to make the fights a bit more interesting.

I mean, the doors are a blessing and a curse. If you land across two door handles, then... well, let's just say that teleporting to two destinations at once is not good. Plus, you could easily accidentally step on a door, runing your chances at an attack.

If necessary, we can go for more blander stages in the future. The next fight, Kage vs. Anu, should be taking place in a straight up colliseum.

Well with EDT since we were making the comics, it was an extra thing we had to worry about during creating them. I think a good bit of stage variety can make the matches more fun. I'm just going to raise a flag if we get a situation like "The Fighter who controls Ice has to fight a fire-based fighter in a Volcano" Stuff like that really.

Don't worry, we're not that stupid. Well, not all of us, anyway...
